May 23: 2 Strawberries, half avocado, 1 cup peanut nut crackers, 1 bowl of baigan bharta, 2 brocolli and ghee pieces, two eggs omlette, 3 tablespoon of ghee

May 24: 4 hard boiled eggs, half avocado 1 cup peanut nut crackers, 1 bowl of baigan bharta, 2 broccoli pieces and ghee, two eggs omelette  

May 25: 4 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup peanut nut crackers, 1 bowl of zucchini, 1 small cucumber, 4 tablespoon of ghee

May 26: 4 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup peanut nut crackers, bulletproof coffee, 1 bowl of zucchini, 1 small cucumber, 4 tablespoon of ghee

May 27: 1/4 bread slice, 2 cheese slices, 1 cup of wholly guacamole, 1/4 cup of peanut nut crackers, 1 cup coconut milk
